• printable guides, worksheets and templates;
• audio files;
• downloadable PDF products;

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights available to you under the laws of your country of residence.
3. ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your country, to place an order.
By purchasing from us, you confirm that:

• you are authorised to use the selected payment method;
• you are purchasing for personal and lawful use;
• you are able to enter into a legally binding agreement.
4. PRODUCT INFORMATION
We make reasonable efforts to describe each digital product accurately.
Product descriptions may include information about:
• the format of the product;
• the number of pages or files;
• the subjects covered;
• included bonuses;
• the method of delivery;
• software or device requirements.
Images and product mock-ups are for presentation purposes. Minor visual differences may exist between a mock-up and the actual downloadable file.
5. PLACING AN ORDER
Your order is placed when you complete the checkout process and submit payment.
After payment is approved, we will normally:
• display an order confirmation or access page;
• send a confirmation email to the address you provided;
• provide access to the purchased digital product.
A contract is formed when your payment is accepted and we confirm your order.
We reserve the right to reject or cancel an order where:
• payment has not been authorised;
• fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected;
• incorrect pricing was displayed because of an obvious technical error;
• the order breaches these Terms;
• we are legally required to do so.
If we cancel an order after taking payment, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled product.
6. PRICES, CURRENCY AND TAXES
Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the checkout page, normally pounds sterling.
The price charged is the price displayed when you submit your order, unless there is an obvious pricing error.
Applicable taxes may be included in the displayed price or calculated during checkout, depending on your location and the applicable tax rules.
Your bank, card provider or payment provider may charge:
• foreign exchange fees;
• international transaction fees;
• payment processing fees;
• other charges outside our control.
We are not responsible for charges imposed independently by your bank or payment provider.
7. PAYMENT
Payments may be processed through third-party providers such as Stripe or PayPal.
Available payment methods may include:
• credit card;
• debit card;
• PayPal;
• other methods displayed at checkout.
Your use of a payment provider may also be subject to that provider’s own terms and privacy policy.
We do not normally receive or store your complete payment card number.
8. DIGITAL DELIVERY
Our products are supplied digitally. No physical product will be shipped unless expressly stated otherwise.
Delivery may take place through:
• an access or download page;
• an email containing a download link;
• access to a private course or member area;
• another electronic delivery method described on the product page.
You are responsible for providing a valid and accessible email address.
Please check your Primary, Promotions, Spam and Junk folders if you do not receive the delivery email within a reasonable period.
If you entered an incorrect email address, contact us at contact@themamentum.com.
9. IMMEDIATE ACCESS AND CANCELLATION RIGHTS
Digital products may be supplied immediately after payment.
At checkout, you may be asked to:
• expressly request immediate access to the digital content; and
• acknowledge that your statutory right to cancel or withdraw may end once access, downloading or streaming begins.
Where the law permits, and where you have given that express consent and acknowledgement, your change-of-mind cancellation right ends when access to the digital content begins.
If you have not requested immediate supply and have not accessed or downloaded the product, you may have a statutory cancellation right depending on the laws applicable to your purchase.
Nothing in this section removes your rights where digital content is faulty, not as described, unavailable or otherwise does not comply with applicable consumer law.
10. PERSONAL LICENCE
When you purchase a digital product, you receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use it for your own private purposes.
You may:
• download the files for personal use;
• print reasonable copies for your own use;
• use the worksheets and templates within your own household.
You may not:
• share the files publicly or privately with other people;
• upload them to a shared drive, website, group or social media platform;
• resell, sublicense or redistribute them;
• copy or reproduce them for commercial purposes;
• remove copyright notices or branding;
• use the content to create a competing product;
• claim the content as your own;
• use the content to train an artificial intelligence model or dataset without our written permission.
Each purchase is intended for one customer only.
11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All intellectual property rights in our products and website content remain owned by or licensed to BOSS MG LLC.
This includes:
• written content;
• exercises and frameworks;
• templates;
• worksheets;
• audio content;
• illustrations;
• graphics;

• product names;
• page layouts and designs.
Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of the intellectual property to you.

You are responsible for:
• using a compatible device and software;
• maintaining internet access where required;
• downloading and safely storing your files;
• keeping your login or access information secure;

We recommend downloading and backing up your files promptly after purchase.
13. PRODUCT ACCESS AND UPDATES
Unless the product page states otherwise, we do not guarantee permanent or lifetime hosting of download links, course areas or third-party platforms.
Where practical, we may provide reasonable assistance if a valid customer loses access.
We may update, correct or improve digital products after purchase. We are not required to provide every future version, bonus or newly created product to previous customers unless this was expressly included in the original offer.
14. EDUCATIONAL AND INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES
The Mamentum products are provided for educational and informational purposes.
They are not a substitute for:
• medical advice;
• psychological or psychiatric care;
• diagnosis or treatment;

Results vary from person to person. We do not guarantee a particular personal, emotional, household, financial or relationship outcome.
You remain responsible for your own decisions, actions and wellbeing.
15. FAULTY OR NON-CONFORMING DIGITAL CONTENT
Digital content should be:
• of satisfactory quality;
• fit for its intended purpose;
• consistent with its description.
If a purchased file is corrupt, inaccessible, materially incomplete or materially different from its description, contact us at contact@themamentum.com.
We may first offer an appropriate remedy, such as:
• a replacement download;
• restored access;
• a corrected file;
• technical assistance.
Where a repair or replacement is impossible, unsuccessful or not provided within a reasonable period, you may be entitled to a price reduction or refund under applicable consumer law.
16. REFUNDS
Refund requests are governed by our Refund Policy, available at:
www.themamentum.com/refund-policy
The Refund Policy forms part of these Terms of Sale.
17. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Our website and delivery process may rely on third-party services, including hosting, email, payment, analytics and course-delivery providers.
We are not responsible for temporary interruptions caused by third-party systems that are outside our reasonable control.
However, we will take reasonable steps to help you regain access to a product you validly purchased.
18. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for:
• fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
• death or personal injury caused by negligence;
• deliberate misconduct;
• mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:
• indirect or consequential losses;

• loss caused by failure to download or back up files;
• losses arising from use of the content contrary to our instructions;
• decisions made solely in reliance on educational content;
• failures caused by your device, internet connection or third-party software.
Where legally permitted, our total liability relating to a purchased product will not exceed the amount you paid for that product.

We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control, including:
• internet or hosting outages;
• payment-provider failures;
• cyberattacks;
• natural disasters;
• governmental restrictions;
• labour disputes;
• widespread service interruptions.
We will take reasonable steps to minimise disruption where possible.
20. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES
These Terms do not deprive you of mandatory consumer protections available in your country of residence.
Where legally permitted, these Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which BOSS MG LLC is registered.
Before starting formal proceedings, please contact us so that we can attempt to resolve the matter:
Consumers may also have the right to bring a claim before the courts or consumer authorities of their country of residence.
21. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in:
• our products;
• our business practices;
• payment or delivery systems;
• legal or regulatory requirements.
The version applicable to your order is normally the version displayed when the order was placed.
